ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open for very limited hours now!  You can shop in-store, pick up consignment go-backs, and pick up online purchases from 11am-5pm on  Fridays and Saturdays.   Schedule a 30 minute quick-shop appointment online or call for same-day availability.  No appointment needed for curbside services like drop-off or pick-up.


WHAT ARE YOUR CURBSIDE PICKUP HOURS?

You may pick up your online orders as well as consignment go-backs anytime during our regular shop hours, FRIDAYS + SATURDAYS 11am-5pm.  No need to call ahead, just head over!  When you arrive at the shop, wave or knock if you see us or if you don't see anyone in the shop, call us at (503) 724-9922 and let us know your name and order number.  If you are picking up consignment go-backs or expired consignment or need anything else, let us know.  We will bring your items to the door.  Please wear a mask and allow 6 feet distance if you are waiting at the door.  Thank you for your cooperation in keeping us all safe!


ARE YOU TAKING CONSIGNMENT RIGHT NOW?

We will happily accept up to 20 of your best pieces (please see our Consignment page) for a drop-off.  We'll go through them within a week and email you an invoice for the items we accept.  You have one week (from the day you dropped off) to pick up anything we are not able to accept.


DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF CONSIGNMENT?

No, you do not need an appointment to drop off consignment.  


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be started within 2 days of pick-up or delivery AND must be returned to the shop, labeled with your name, order number, and "return," within 2 weeks of ordering.  ALL SALE ITEMS AND UNDERGARMENTS ARE FINAL SALE.  Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your original payment method minus a restocking fee of $5 per item.  


CAN I USE MY CONSIGNMENT CREDIT TOWARDS ONLINE PURCHASES?

Yes!  Please leave us a note requesting to use your store credit or gift card balance during checkout.  Use your credit card to complete your purchase--it will be charged initially but refunded when we apply your credit upon fulfilling your order.


DO YOU OFFER CREDIT UP-FRONT FOR CONSIGNMENT?

No, we do not offer cash or credit up-front. You begin building credit as your items sell, and this credit is immediately available for use or cash-out as soon it accumulates.


HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY ITEMS ON DISPLAY?

Our consignment period is 60 days.  All unclaimed, expired items are donated.  Please keep track of your items while they are here if you know you would like to take back unsold items!


WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME OF MY ITEMS DO NOT SELL?

If there is anything left at the end of your consignment period, you may leave them with us to donate or contact us to let us know you’d like them back and we will hold them for a week for you to collect.  Consignors are responsible for contacting us prior to their expiration date (on the invoice given via email) to have their items pulled, or the items will be donated after they expire.


HOW DO I COLLECT MY PAYMENT FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD?

You may use your credit for purchases or collect a check (or a combo of these two options) once your items have sold.  Whatever portion of credit you use in-store will pay out at 50% and whatever portion you take as a check will pay out at 40%.


WILL YOU MAIL MY CHECK OR DO I HAVE TO COME PICK IT UP?

We are happy to mail you a check. Please email us to make this request, and include your shipping address. We charge $2 for this service.


DO YOU CARRY MEN’S CLOTHING?

Technically no, but read on. We carry and buy women’s and children’s clothing, jewelry, bags, and accessories. However, we will selectively consider menswear pieces if they can be styled gender-neutral, or if they are popular styles that sell well for us.
